Regular Season begins Thanksgiving Week and ends Labor Day Week. The rate for 8 persons is $2,600.00 There is an additional fee of $30.00/person/night for anyone additional staying over night.
Low Season begins the week after the Labor Day Week and ends the Week before Thanksgiving. The rate for 8 persons is $2,100.00. There is an additional fee of $30.00/person/night for anyone additional staying over night.
The Rate includes all taxes and a weekly cleaning. All bed linens and towels are provided.
Cribs and High Chairs can be provided at no additional cost.
Rates for long-term rentals are negotiable.
Reservation/
Security Deposit: $400.00 due within 7 days of receipt of Rental Contract and refundable per Rental Contract
Payment Schedule: 50% due 60 days prior to arrival, 50% due 21 days prior to arrival
Cancellation Policy: See Rental Contract
Services which can be arranged include additional cleaning and linens. There will be a fee for additional cleaning and additional linens.
