C-View is a modern home located at the northern tip of Anna Maria Island in the city of Anna Maria. The house is conveniently situated at the end of one of the lovely canals (Canal -View!) which meander through this small town. It is a short 200 yards to the beach. Probably the closest house to the beach that is also on the canal!
The Gulf Coast of Florida is renowned for its white sand beaches. Anna Maria Island boasts over 7 miles of sandy Gulf beaches and, as a bonus, offers beaches overlooking Tampa Bay.
There are few spots in the world where one can walk to one beach to watch the sunrise and in the evening wander to another beach to watch the sunset!

The home is ideal for college, graduate school, fraternity/sorority reunions!
